At the Full Moon we focus on menus that promote seasonality and simplicity. Risotto

I had the Risotto on the Thursday lunch special menu. I love risotto, but I usually see it served with an entree rather than being the entree. This risotto was excellent, served with chunks of smoked trout and rock shrimp. I highly recommend it if you can make it to the Full Moon Grill on a Thursday. |
